We hope to inspire young people to dream big and be inspired by those who have transformed their dreams into reality.
Singapore Library Week is a national celebration jointly organised by National Library Board and Library Association of Singapore with the aim to promote the value of libraries and librarians. The celebration will showcase the unique and vital roles played by libraries and librarians in Singapore.
This year’s theme “Get inspired @ your library” aims to promote libraries not as mere spaces but as dynamic resources that help fulfil aspirations.

Do check out your favourite Singapore Blogging Librarian, The Rambling Librarian as his share on the reasons “I don’t shhh for a living!”. Of course, the other members from the Librarians In Singapore (from Google Groups & Facebook) are being featured on the site. It looks a controlled area by all the blogging librarians. Ivy Lee, Damien Wang and Hazman Aziz are some of the very familiar names on the web community.
I am still wondering where is Isaak Kwok’s online work. Anyway, Isaak’s website is one of the good Singaporean Librarians’ site that everyone should also visit and gain the knowledge.
