Yups, that is Ms Ngian Lek Choh, President of LAS. She actually help me to enforce the idea of information concierge as my presentation touch a little bit to it. That's the panel speaker for Library 2.0 innovative in Singapore. That's me 3rd from the right. Frankly, I am shaking. She is one of the delegates from Denmark, asking me how the public library does their marketing governance. 

Gosh, I wasn't prepared for the public side ... I am from the academic and I am only 1 year old to this industry since I graduated from UOW.
